On 11-07-14, at approx 1914 hrs, WFPD Officers and Detectives responded to the 1100 Blk of 13th Street to investigate a shooting.

The suspect in that shooting has now been identified as 24 year old Cornell Jasper Thomas-Huell – AKA “Dula” and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. Bond on the warrant is $800,000.00.
