Justin Randall

On Monday, October 22nd, at approximately 2:10 pm an officer with the Wichita Falls Police Department observed a subject who he knew to be 35 year old Justin Randall in the 1600 block of 12th Street.  The officer knew Randall had recently been listed on the Crimes Stoppers Texoma’s Most Wanted list.  A records check on Randall revealed that he had 11 outstanding warrants for his arrest, to include multiple assault charges.

When additional officers arrived on scene they attempted to take Randall into custody for his warrants at which time he began to fight with officers.  After a physical struggle officers were able to get Randall into handcuffs. As he was being placed into a patrol vehicle Randall kicked one of the officers in the chest.  While transporting Randall to the Wichita County jail he kicked out one of the backseat windows of the vehicle.

Once at confinement Randall was booked in on the 11 warrants and was also charged with resisting arrest, assault on a public servant and criminal mischief.
