Second Suspect Arrested on October 22nd Aggravated Robberies

downloadOn Wednesday November 1st at approximately 8:15 am officers with the Wichita Falls Police responded to the 2100 block of Ave H in reference to a subject with a warrant for aggravated robbery.  Upon arrival officers located a 16 year old male who had two outstanding aggravated robbery warrants. He was taken into custody without incident.  Due to his age his name is not being released.

 

The warrants stemmed from two recent aggravated robberies that took place.  On October 22nd at approximately 10:15 pm two suspects where in the 1400 block of Beverly when they pulled a gun on the victim and demanded his wallet. The suspects then fled the scene on foot with the victim`s wallet. The second was on the same night a few minutes later in the 4100 block of Seymour Hwy. Two armed suspects entered the Eskimo Hut and demanded money.  They fled on foot with cash, cigarillos and the victim’s phone.

On Friday, October 27th, at approximately 9:30 pm officers with the WFPD arrested 22 year old Justice Smith in connection with the aggravated robberies.
