On 10-23-17, at approx 9:30am, officers were dispatched to an apartment complex in the 3700 blk of Seymour Rd in reference to a Aggravated Assault.  According to the investigation, 39 year old Tanya Gassaway and her husband got into a verbal disturbance in the apartment complex parking lot.  During the disturbance, Gassaway drove through a large grassy area and struck her husband with her vehicle.  The victim was transported to the hospital by ambulance for his injuries.  Gassaway was arrested for Aggravated Assault and transported to jail.  She was also charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance (PG3).
