On February 16th, at 9:30 pm an officer initiated a traffic stop on a blue Ford Ranger for expired registration at Kell Blvd West and Travis. Upon contact with the driver it was observed that the registration decal displayed on the vehicle had be altered. The driver was identified as Olan Robison and the passenger as Edward Harrell. A warrant check revealed that Robison had a possible outstanding warrant for his arrest. Neither one had a valid driver’s license so the vehicle was impounded as required by city ordinance. During the inventory search of the vehicle the officers located a bag containing approximately 13 grams of Methamphetamine. Robison and Harrell were arrested for Manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance in penalty group 1, Methamphetamine. Harrell was also cited for no driver’s license and wrong registration sticker displayed.
