Suspect arrested for aggravated robbery warrant and resisting arrest.

tuftcolOn February 12 at approximately 9 pm, officers were dispatched to the 3000 blk of Cumberland in reference to a possible burglary of a vehicle in progress.  The responding officers located a vehicle at the scene that matched the suspect vehicle description.  Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle.  He was identified as Marcus Tuft.  He was detained at the scene for further   investigation.  A warrant check revealed that Tuft had an aggravated robbery warrant with a $150,000 bond.  Tuft was informed that he was under arrest, at that time he told the officers that he was not going to jail. Tuft physically struggled briefly with the officers but was quickly taken into custody.  Tuft was placed under arrest for resisting arrest, search or transportation and the aggravated robbery warrant.
