On August 4th at approximately 6:30 pm members of the Wichita Falls Police Department’s Organized Crime Unit along with SWAT executed a search warrant in the 1600 block of Lucille.
During the course of the search officers located approximately 20 grams of methamphetamine and arrested 33 year old Derill Dorsey and 28 year old Ashley Baker. Both subjects were transported to the Wichita County jail where they were charged with manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance in penalty group one.
Two children, ages 1 year and 2 years old, were transported from the residence by ambulance to United Regional Health Care System where they were treated for symptoms of drug exposure.
The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are possible.
