Bobby Fernandez
On July 19th at approximately 1:00 pm officers with the Wichita Falls Police Department were dispatched to the 2300 block of Jasper in reference to a burglary of a habitation.
Upon arrival officers located an unlocked back door and started to enter the residence in order to clear it. As they were about to enter 35 year old Bobby Fernandez came out of the residence.
