On May 5th officers with the Wichita Falls Police Department were dispatched to the 3100 block of Seymour Hwy at the Dollar General for a possible Aggravated Robbery.  Prior to arrival officers were given a description of the suspect as a white male wearing a red and white shirt riding a pink bike.  Officers located a subject matching that description in the area of Seymour Hwy and Beverly.  The subject was identified as 38 year Joshua Cantrell. He was found to be in possession of a knife.

Officers spoke with the victim who stated that Cantrell came into the business and began to try and open packages that contained cell phones with a knife.  The victim approached Cantrell and told him to leave.  Cantrell still had the knife in his hand and as he left the business he threatened to assault the victim with the knife.

Cantrell was arrested and transported to the Wichita County jail without incident where he was charged with Aggravated Robbery.
