Traffic stop leads to Meth arrest.

chapalaryOn 03-21-2016 at approximately 10:28 pm,  an officer with the Wichita Falls Police Department observed a vehicle fail to signal  when turning  at McGregor and Bridwell. The officer stopped the vehicle in the 2200 block of Bridwell.  Contact was made with  the driver who was identified as Matthew Lary. The passenger was identified as Blake Chapa.  While speaking with the driver, the officer  observed a glass Methamphetamine pipe in plain view inside the vehicle.  The officer immediately determined  that this was a piece of drug paraphernalia and within reach of both the driver and passenger.  Both the driver and passenger were detained at the scene.  A useable amount of Methamphetamine was discovered inside the glass pipe.  Both Lary and Chapa were arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine under 1 gram in a drug free zone and warrants.
