Traffic stop turns up Meth and a weapon.

grahamOn 03/02/2016 approximately 9:30 pm an officer with the Wichita Falls Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a Chevy truck for a defective license plate lamp at 9th and Kemp blvd.  The officer approached the vehicle and made contact with the drive who identified himself as Brady Stephen Graham.  Graham appeared nervous as the officer spoke with him about the traffic stop.  As the investigation continued,  the officer observed a handgun near and within reach of Graham.  Graham and the front seat passenger were removed from the vehicle and detained at the scene.  Graham was placed under arrest for Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon and the vehicle impounded.  During the subsequent impound inventory of the vehicle and search of his person, officers located approximately 4 grams of Meth.  Graham was arrested for Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
