On 03-01-16, WFPD patrol officers conducted a traffic stop near the 1700 blk of 8th street. The driver, who gave a false identity, was positively identified as 36 year old Kevin Thomas. A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed plastic baggies, a digital scale, and methamphetamine. Thomas was arrested and charged with Failure to ID and Possession of a Controlled Substance PG 1 in a Drug Free Zone.
