Disturbance Leads to Theft Arrests

1On Sunday, September 06, 2015, at approximately 1621 hrs, WFPD Officers were dispatched to Target on Kemp Street in reference to a disturbance. Officers received a description of the suspects and information that the suspects had left in a white Tahoe and may be going to Walmart on Lawrence Road. Officers located the vehicle in the parking lot of Kohl’s and detained two suspects outside the store. During the investigation, officers recovered over $3000 worth of clothing that had been stolen from Dillards. The two suspects were identified as 50 year old Bobby Burrell and 34 year old Tanika Huffman and arrested for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity Theft over $2500. It should be noted that there was a third suspect involved in this incident but that suspect was not located.  All three persons were from Lawton. The vehicle was impounded and held for seizure.
