On 3/23/15 at approx. 2220 hrs. Officers were patroling the area of Jacksboro Hwy and 32nd Street when they observed a white Crown Vic parked at the Shop-n-Go. Officers knew from previous experience that Ray Guerra had been driving this vehicle and he had a active County Warrant. Officers then observed Guerra inside the store and recognized him from a mug shot they had seen the day before. After a brief struggle Officers were able to place Guerra under arrest. While searching Guerra Officers located 12.5 grams of Methamphetamine and packaging items. Ray Guerra was arrested for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Resisting Arrest, County Warrant for Bond Forfeiture/Possession of Controlled Substance and two City Warrants. He was transported to jail where he remains at this time. Great work by all Officers involved!
