WFPD Make Arrest in Child Pornography Case

Baker, Randall

Members of the Wichita Falls Police Department’s Gang Task Force arrested Randall Lee Baker (06/03/59 white male) of Wichita Falls this morning. Baker was charged with twenty counts of Promotion and Possession of Child Pornography with bonds totaling $750,000.00.
