WFPD attends Fund Raiser for Northwest Texas Council-Boys Scouts of America

Wichita Falls Chief of Police Manuel Borrego along with Deputy Chief Guy Gilmore and Lt. Ginger Gilmore  attended a community fundraiser dinner last night for the Northwest Texas Council-Boys Scouts of America.  Randy “Manster” White was the guest speaker.
